Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw, is a famous British stage and film actress which gained more attention when she appeared in the 'Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) show that aired on the BBC channel. Gugu's role in the show as Tish Jones became very well-known. Tish Jones is the younger sister of Martha Jones. People loved her joyous energy and spontaneity, and there was there was no turning back for Gugu after a successful acting career ahead! She also appeared in other British stage and television productions. The critics are raveing about her amazing role in the British period-drama 'Belle,' (2013) and the romantic drama "Beyond the lights", (2014). Also, in American productions, she has appeared on TV series like "Undercover" and "Touch", as well as in Tom Hanks comedy film Larry Crowne. Gugu Mbatha Raw performed the role of a leading character as a mistress and actress in the show "Nell Gwynn," which was performed by Jessica Swale. The critics praised her performance and nominated her for the Evening Standard Theatre Award. Gugu was given the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth.
Chelsea Joy Handler is a New Jersey native born in Livingston on February 25, 1975. Handler was among the six youngest children. The parents of Handler were both householders. Her father worked as a used car seller. Her mother emigrated from Germany to Germany to the United States as a young woman in 1958. In 1989, she was diagnosed with cancer, and passed away ten years following. Handler was born into a Reform Judaism family. Her father was Jewish. Handler had a happy and healthy being raised in a wealthy community. At the age of 19 Handler moved from the city of Los Angeles, California to take on a profession in acting. Handler was obliged to be an actress to survive. Handler began to do stand-up comedian full-time when she reached the age of 21. Handler had realized that she has a knack for storytelling. Her career began with an acting gig in an all-female cast for the Oxygen channel's reality television show Girls who behave badly. The show featured a combination of cameras hidden in the background and humorous comedy. It ran between 2002 and 2005. The handler started appearing on different shows such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler was a part of The Tonight Show for a while as a correspondent. Her breakthrough was in 2006 when she was able to host her own program on E! The Chelsea Handler Program. The show lasted for two seasons. Handler continued her stand-up career by doing a show on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour which was a tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have aired Handler's stand-up performance. In 2010 she hosted the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were revealed. This made her the second woman in history to host the VMA's, following Roseanne Barr.
